:::note[Pro feature]
Analytics needs CartPops Pro. In CartPops Free, the page shows an upgrade prompt.
:::

The analytics dashboard shows how shoppers use the drawer: how often they open it, what they add, how many start checkout, and how many orders come out of it. It also shows the revenue from CartPops features such as recommendations, bundles and add-ons.

## Where to find it

In wp-admin, go to **WooCommerce** > **CartPops** and choose **Analytics** under **Insights** in the left menu. You need permission to manage WooCommerce. A summary of the same data also appears on the **Dashboard** page of CartPops.

Choose the time range at the top right: **Today**, **7 days**, **30 days** or **90 days**. Each figure shows how it changed compared with the previous period of the same length.

## What the dashboard shows

### Overview cards

- **Drawer Opens**: how many times shoppers opened the drawer.
- **Add to Carts**: how many products were added to the cart.
- **Checkout Starts**: how many times shoppers went to checkout from the drawer.
- **Conversions**: how many paid orders were recorded.
- **Revenue**: the total of those orders.

### CartPops Revenue

This card shows the revenue from items that came from CartPops features, and what share of your total revenue that is. Under it, one card for each feature:

| Feature | What it reports |
| --- | --- |
| **SmartBar** | **Impressions**, **Spotlight Adds**, **Revenue**, **Order Rate** |
| **Recommendations** | **Impressions**, **Products Added**, **Revenue**, **Order Rate** |
| **Smart Add-ons** | **Toggles**, **Revenue** |
| **Bundle Builder** | **Opens**, **Products Added**, **Revenue**, **Order Rate** |

This section appears once CartPops has attributed some revenue.

### Daily Breakdown

A table with one row per day: **Date**, **Opens**, **Cart+**, **Checkouts**, **Conversions**, **Revenue** and **CartPops** (revenue from CartPops features).

### Other figures

Below the table you may also see **Conversion Rate**, **Recommendation Clicks** and **Coupons Applied**.

## How conversions are counted

CartPops counts an order once, when WooCommerce marks it as paid. Revenue from recommendations, bundles, spotlight products and add-ons is taken from the lines on that order, so it reflects what the shopper actually paid.

## Privacy and data

- CartPops stores event counts in its own database table. Events don't record a customer's user ID or session ID.
- Events older than 90 days are deleted automatically once a day.
- To clear everything now, go to **Advanced** > **General**, and under **Reset** click **Reset analytics data**. This permanently deletes all analytics events, conversions and revenue figures. New data is collected from that moment.

## Good to know

- Analytics start collecting when CartPops Pro is active. Data from before that isn't available.
- If the numbers fail to load, click **Retry**.
- Data isn't deleted when you deactivate or delete the plugin. Permanent data removal is a separate step an administrator takes.
