The bundle builder lets you pair a product with companion products. When a shopper has the main product in the cart, a banner under it invites them to see products that go with it. A panel opens with the companions, and the shopper adds them in one tap. You can give a discount on the companions to make the offer more tempting.

## Turn it on

1. In wp-admin, go to **WooCommerce** > **CartPops** > **Bundle Builder**.

2. Switch on **Enable Bundle Builder**. It is off by default.

3. Click **+ Add Upsell Bundle** and set up your first bundle (see below).

4. Click **Save Changes**.

## Set up a bundle

Each bundle is a card in the **Upsell Bundles** list. Click a card to open it.

1. **Trigger Product**: the product that starts the offer. When this product is in the cart, the banner appears under it. Search for it by name.
2. **Companion Products**: the products shown in the panel. Search with **Add a companion product** to add each one. Remove a companion with the **×** button on its card. The trigger product can't also be a companion.
3. **Bundle Discount**: an optional percentage from 0 to 50, applied to the companion products when the shopper adds them as a bundle. Leave it at 0 for no discount.

The card header shows the trigger product's name and how many companions it has. Click **Remove Bundle** at the bottom of a card to delete it.

A product can be the trigger of only one bundle. To change what a product offers, edit its bundle instead of adding a second one.

## Text and colors

On the same page:

- **Flyout Heading** sets the title of the companion panel. The default is "Frequently bought together".
- **Trigger Banner Colors** style the banner that appears on cart items: **Background**, **Text** and **Border**. **Border Radius** (0 to 24) rounds its corners.

## What shoppers see

1. A banner appears under the trigger product in the drawer.
2. Tapping it opens a panel with the **Flyout Heading** and each companion product, with its image and price.
3. For a variable product, the shopper picks the options from a list (for example size or color) before adding it. An info button on each companion opens more details.
4. The panel shows the bundle total and, if you set one, the bundle discount. The shopper taps **Add to cart** to add the companions.

The discount applies only to the companion products, not to the trigger product.

## Good to know

- If a bundle can't be added, the drawer shows "Failed to add bundle items".
- Pro analytics report bundle opens, products added and revenue. See [Analytics](/guides/analytics).
- The **Flyout Heading** can be translated with a translation plugin. See [Translating CartPops](/guides/translating).
- If your Pro license expires, your bundles are kept and come back when the license is active.
