Fixed edge cases where the Product Recommendations didn't show up
This happened mostly during page loads and whenever something was added to the cart for the first time.
Fixed an issue wit the Floating Cart launcher settings
Hide when cart is empty Now correctly hides and shows again when enabled/disabled.
