Analytics
See how shoppers use your cart drawer and how much revenue CartPops features bring in.
The analytics dashboard shows how shoppers use the drawer: how often they open it, what they add, how many start checkout, and how many orders come out of it. It also shows the revenue from CartPops features such as recommendations, bundles and add-ons.
Where to find it
In wp-admin, go to WooCommerce > CartPops and choose Analytics under Insights in the left menu. You need permission to manage WooCommerce. A summary of the same data also appears on the Dashboard page of CartPops.
Choose the time range at the top right: Today, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. Each figure shows how it changed compared with the previous period of the same length.

Daily Breakdown
A table with one row per day: Date, Opens, Cart+, Checkouts, Conversions, Revenue and CartPops (revenue from CartPops features).
Other figures
Below the table you may also see Conversion Rate, Recommendation Clicks and Coupons Applied.
How conversions are counted
CartPops counts an order once, when WooCommerce marks it as paid. Revenue from recommendations, bundles, spotlight products and add-ons is taken from the lines on that order, so it reflects what the shopper actually paid.
Privacy and data
- CartPops stores event counts in its own database table. Events don’t record a customer’s user ID or session ID.
- Events older than 90 days are deleted automatically once a day.
- To clear everything now, go to Advanced > General, and under Reset click Reset analytics data. This permanently deletes all analytics events, conversions and revenue figures. New data is collected from that moment.
Good to know
- Analytics start collecting when CartPops Pro is active. Data from before that isn’t available.
- If the numbers fail to load, click Retry.
- Data isn’t deleted when you deactivate or delete the plugin. Permanent data removal is a separate step an administrator takes.
